The Hughes Family

OK, so I STILL haven't posted pictures of the house really, but I want to get two of the bedrooms painted before I post pictures. There are a few tweaks that need to be done before I post any pics. We still love the house! Justus loves it even more because now we have 3 bedrooms and so everything is not stored in his room so now he can play with his toys in his room! Yesterday was our first appointment with my new OB here in Vegas. We had to wait almost 2 whole hours after my appointment time to get in, but it was because the Dr had to go deliver a baby and the nurses said he doesn't like to leave his patients to strangers in the hospital because then the patient gets really on edge. So that was a good thing to know! He's extremely nice and really takes time to answer any questions we have, just like Dr Lunt! I have quit working now and will just pick up a few hours working here and there when I can to help with the bills, so right now is really stressful, but I know we can get through it! As for Justus.....he's growing up TOO fast!
The things he has been doing and learning:
1. He knows the word "caca" for anything that's not supposed to be on him.

2. He definitely knows how to stick his finger up his nose! (this is due to Matt getting boogers out of his nose, so he thinks it's normal to walk around with his finger stuck in it) As you can see in the picture below...it's ok to stick his finger in OUR noses, too!

3. His world stops when he hears a motorcycle or airplane! He's obsessed! (he's going to be his own airplane one day....see?! He loves being airborne!)

4. Can show you where your eye is and will say it.

5. Has his own little language and tries to say "belly button," "light" and the list goes on!

6. The other night he had poopies and we didn't know so he went and got a diaper and brought it to me....WOW!

The list goes on, but right now Justus is trying to help me type and it's not really working....so I must go. There is a video I have been wanting to post of Justus since he was born. My sister's friend took all the videos we had of him and made a highlight video, it's AWESOME! Well, for now, it's time to go.
