This last weekend we went to Cedar Mountain again, but for Matt's "Charles Hughes Reunion." We go every year and it is always so much fun!!! This time was better for us because Justus had a lot of fun and was a really good camper! We slept in our tent this time but that didn't bother him one bit.
One of the activities that was planned for the reunion was a couple-hour long 4-wheeler ride. Well, we tried to get Justus to take a nap before we left, but he of course fought it. So we decided to take a chance of taking him on the ride with us and guess what???? He slept all but 10-minutes of this 2-hour long ride! It was rough for me, because I had him riding with me in the front-to-back carrier and it was so so bumpy that I really used me legs a lot to try and make the bumps not so big for him. It was rough keeping up with everybody, but it was fun and funny! By the way, he didn't even cry one time on the ride. The 10 minutes he was awake, he was making noises with the 4-wheeler!
This picture here is right after we finished riding! You can't see how dirty he is, but he is comparable to my dirtiness, seriously! It was so cute!
Justus is now at the stage that he has to grab everything in front of him...so the water bottle...he had to have it! And what did he do with it most of the time? Bite it! He's teething, BAD!
This was at the campfire the last night we were there. We tried and tried to get Justus to sleep, but he was too interested in the fire and all the people around. He was a little party guy and stayed up very late! That tells me what he will be like when he's older....hopefully not, but possibly!

Anyway, as of the other day, Justus has started trying to crawl to grab things, he absolutely LOVES is Jumparoo, he's teething really bad, and he is starting to recognize the difference betweeen strangers and his mommy & daddy. He's growing too fast!
